Weekly rentals are preferred. However, if available, we will consider shorter term rentals.

Weekly Rental Rates
- Peak Season: Dec. 15 - Mar. 15: $600 USD per week (6 nights)
- Non-peak Season: $500 USD per week (6 nights)
- Standard week runs Saturday (3 p.m) to Saturday (10:00 a.m.)
- Additional Nights at $80 USD/night (depending on availability)
- Electric/gas included in rental fees
Daily Rental Rates / Room Cleaning
- $80/night
- Minimum of three nights required
- Daily room cleaning optional at $20 USD/day. Must be requested 5 weeks or more in advance of arrival
Restrictions
- Maximum occupancy is 2 adults
- Minimum age requirement: 25 years of age (younder occupants may be permitted at the discretion of lessor)
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside studio
Deposit
- Half required upon confirmed booking
- Balance due 5 weeks before arrival date
- For last minute bookings (5 weeks or less notice) full payment is due upon confirmed booking
Security Deposit
- A $250 USD security and key remote deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, will receive a full refund of the deposit fee made.
- Cancellations made 5-8 weeks prior to arrival will receive 50% refund of deposit fee paid. However, if we are able to secure a new booking for the entire time period in question, the full amount paid to date will be refunded.
- No guaranteed refunds are available for cancellations made less then 5 weeks prior to arrival. However, if we are able to secure a new booking for the entire time period in question, the full fee paid will be refunded.
Payment Options
- Bank check / money order required for 50% deposit and security deposit
- Balance may be by bank check, money order, or personal check.
